Fully Funded Chinese Government Scholarship 2021
The government of China offers a fully-funded Chinese Government Scholarship for international students to pursue a Master’s or Ph.D. program at the Xiamen University. The Chinese Educational Minister has approved this Scholarship. The purpose of the Chinese Scholarship is to promote China’s educational system to the whole world and attract international students. The Scholarship is fully funded, and it will cover all the expenses of international students, including tuition fee (university fee), monthly allowance/stipend and health insurance. Applicants must meet the scholarship program’s eligibility criteria and requirements, and they must demonstrate good academic performance.
Xiamen University is one of the best universities designed to recruit international students to review postgraduate programs for this scholarship scheme. Eligibility Criteria :
Chinese Scholarship 2021 has set some criteria and requirements; including, educational background and age limit (as of September 1, 2021)
Open to all nationalities, eligible students from all countries can apply.
Applying for a Master’s degree, the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or above.
For a Master’s degree, candidates must be under 35 years.
Applying for the Doctoral degree, the candidate must hold the Master’s degree.
For the Doctoral degree program scholarship, the age limit is 40 years.
Applicants applying for Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) or foreign language studies programs are not eligible.
Those candidates who have not met the requirement of Chinese proficiency level and wish to take remedial Chinese before start study in china then they should present the HKS certificate when applying.
Some Engineering or non-engineering programs required the certificate of HKS of band 3 with a score of 180 or above.
Benefits :
The Chinese Government Scholarship will cover the full tuition fee.
The living allowance will be provided to all awardees.
Master’s degree program RMB 3,000/month.
Doctoral degree RMB 3,500/month.
Medical insurance is also provided.

A complete review will be conducted on the application, check out the academic background, grades, language proficiency, merit and research achievement, and supervisor comments.
Shortlisted candidates submitted to the china Council for final approval by the Xiamen University.
Application Process:
The application will be considered only after the candidate is admitted to Xiamen University.
The application shell is entirely online, and print out the application form for the Chinese Scholarship. You can complete the application in Chinese or English language.
Applicant signature is a must.
The candidate completes another application and uploads the scan copies of required documents.
