Gadja Mada International Fellowship Program 2021

The Gadja Mada International Fellowship is a scholarship program offered by the Universitas Gadja Mada for incoming international students except that can manage funding to assist the students’ expense for education.

The scholarship program is offered for outstanding students to pursue full-time master’s and PhD degree programs (either coursework or research). This scholarship aims to encourage brilliant international students who want to make progress in any relative field offered by the institute.

The University is ranked 320 in the World University Ranking. They are offering almost all academic fields for the scholarship. There is no application fee either as it is a fully-funded scholarship. The institute will offer 19 scholarships. The application process is online, including the submission of documents. There are 2 types of scholarships offered, fully funded and partially funded. Eligibility Criteria :

The applicant must meet the following criteria for Gadja Mada International Fellowship:

The applicant must be accepted for the master’s or PhD program for 2021.

The applicant shall hold bachelor’s degree for master’s application and both degrees for PhD application in related fields.

The applicant shall have an outstanding academic record, at least a 3.0 GPA on the scale of 4.0.

English language proficiency is also required (TOEFL score).

Doctoral program applicants shall submit a dissertation proposal.

The applicants must submit all the required supporting documents.

Gadja Mada International Fellowship will provide the following:

Partial Coverage Scholarship

Tuition fee waiver

Indonesian Language Program for applicants enrolled in the INCULS program.

Health insurance.

Stay permit for the time of scholarship.

Rp 10.000.000 as thesis research fund for master’s applicants.

Everything is provided except accommodation; applicants have to pay for their accommodation by themselves.

Full Coverage Scholarship

For applicants coming from Asia, Africa, Latin America, Pacific, Middle East, and East Europe.

Living allowance

Economy class round-trip airfare travel.

Health insurance

Stay permit for the duration of the scholarship.

Thesis research fund Rp 10.000.000 (master) & Rp 15.000.000 (PhD)
