Description At the TU Dresden, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Institute for Semiconductor and Microsystem Technology (IHM), there is now a position as a

research assistant at the Professorship for Nanoelectronics
(if personal requirements E 13 TV-L are met)

Requirements: above-average academic degree in the field of electrical engineering, physics, materials science or a related subject; Very good knowledge of English, excellent teamwork and an independent and responsible way of working. Experience in working in a clean room environment as well as in the practical implementation of thin film processes and / or analyzes on semiconductor materials and semiconductor components as well as knowledge in the field of electrical characterization methods are desirable.
