Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2021 – Fully Funded (300 Award)

Applications are invited to apply for a fully-funded Hong Kong Ph.D. 2021-22. Students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) can directly apply for the Hong Kong Ph.D. fellowship program.

Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Established by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong in 2009, the HKPFS aims at bringing the best and most brilliant students in the world to pursue their Ph.D. studies in Hong Kong’s universities.

Fellowship Benefits:

  • A stipend of US $40,900/year

The deadline to apply for the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme 2021 for International Students is 1 December 2020.

  • Eligible candidates should first make an Application to get their reference number via online application at Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES).
  • Ph.D. Candidates may choose up to two programs/ departments at one or two universities.
